PictoCard is a free tool that lets you create and send personalized greeting cards by email or to a Wii via WiiLink. No account is required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PictoCard to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass other users.
• Distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

4. Privacy

PictoCard does not store emails, images, or any personal data on the server beyond what is required to process your request in the current session. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Opt-out

Recipients may opt out of receiving cards at any time via the opt-out page.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime or delivery of messages.
